MEET NOE: Noelia Velazquez is a dynamic leader, public speaker, and advocate currently studying Broadcast Journalism and Sports Media at High Point University, with a minor in Fashion Merchandising. A Presidential Scholar and Dean’s List student, Noelia is actively involved as a Campus Ambassador, the Director of Philanthropy for Alpha Gamma Delta, and a news anchor for HPU Vision.

She is the founder of Girl Strong by NOE, a platform that has empowered thousands of young women across the U.S. and internationally through over 55 workshops and mentorship programs. Noelia is also the teenage face of GOYA Cares, promoting mental health awareness in Hispanic communities.

With a decorated background in pageantry, including the title of National American Miss Jr. Teen, and extensive experience in public speaking, acting, and modeling, Noelia uses her voice to inspire, connect, and lead. Her work has earned her numerous national awards, scholarships, and recognition for her dedication to service, leadership, and excellence.
