Granted over $60,000 in college scholarships
Built a mentor network of 150+ diverse and multicultural professional women

CONFIDENCE
Did you know that according to U.S. National Reports, 7 in 10 girls believe they are not good enough or do not measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school, and relationships with family and friends? We aim to change this by providing an enriching program and environment that builds confidence and self-esteem. Our Wonder Girls develop a sense of self-respect and strength that will help them through all of life’s challenges.
LEADERSHIP
We give our Wonder Girls opportunities to develop leadership, team building, and decision-making skills. We focus on their developmental needs by nurturing their autonomy while at the same time lending them guidance and support.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
A key component of the Wonder Girls program is to instill a sense of social responsibility and the importance of giving back to those in need. Each month Wonder Girls partner with local organizations to host a Volunteer Day. Our Wonder Girls gain hands-on-experience and learn about various careers in the non-profit sector.
BUSINESS SKILLS
From writing emails and resumes to going on job interviews and dressing the part, our Wonder Girls learn the necessary business skills for any career path they may choose. Our network of professional female speakers and mentors provide an experience of real-life knowledge, insight, and the how-tos of being successful.
WELLNESS
We care about the overall well-being and mental health of our Wonder Girls. We teach self-care and healthy habits that help our Wonder Girls stay strong both physically and mentally. Learn more about our wellness campaign.
